1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Cravely (cravely.co.za), operated by Cravely Group (PTY) LTD. By placing an order or using our platform, you agree to these terms in full.

2. The Cravely Platform

Cravely is an online food delivery marketplace that connects customers with local restaurants and independent delivery drivers. Cravely acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the preparation or quality of food provided by restaurant partners.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders placed on Cravely are subject to acceptance by the restaurant.
• Prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is processed securely at the time of order placement.
• A delivery fee is charged per order based on distance.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled by the customer before the restaurant confirms the order. Once confirmed, cancellations are subject to the restaurant's discretion. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

5. User Accounts

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Cravely reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cravely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, delays in delivery, or food quality issues. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
