1. Delivery Service

Cravely offers food delivery from local restaurant partners to your specified delivery address. Deliveries are carried out by independent drivers registered on the Cravely platform.

2. Delivery Areas

Delivery is available within the service areas of our registered restaurant partners. The availability of restaurants and delivery options will be shown to you based on your delivery address at checkout.

3. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance between the restaurant and your delivery address.
  • A base fee of R25 applies, with additional distance-based charges.
  • The delivery fee is displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery time is displayed at checkout and is based on the restaurant's preparation time plus travel distance.
  • Typical delivery times range from 20 to 60 minutes depending on distance and restaurant preparation time.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high demand periods.

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order in real time through your Cravely account under "My Orders". You will be able to see the status of your order as it progresses from confirmed → being prepared → out for delivery → delivered.

6. Delivery Confirmation

For security, a unique 4-digit confirmation code is sent to you when your order is placed. The driver will ask for this code upon arrival to confirm delivery. Once the code is entered, your order is marked as delivered.

7. Pickup Orders

You may select "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order directly from the restaurant. A unique order reference number will be provided for you to show at the restaurant counter.

8. Failed Deliveries

  • If the driver cannot reach you at the delivery address, they will attempt to contact you.
  • If contact cannot be made, the order may be marked as undeliverable and a refund may not be possible.
  • Please ensure your contact number and delivery address are correct when placing your order.
